How do I return an item?

If you would like to return an item, simply send it back to us within 14 days of the date shown on your order form. Enclosed in your order is a returns form, simply fill this in and include it with your return.

Returns are your responsibility as we do not offer a pre-paid returns service, and so we recommend you send back items via Royal Mail Signed For or a similar trackable method.

In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting or it arrives after the 14 day period.

How do I exchange an item? 

If you would like to exchange an item you have purchased for an alternate size, please state your preferred size on the returns form enclosed with your order, and return the parcel to us.

If we don’t have your preferred size in stock we will offer a full refund or store credit.

Before you send your return

Goods must be in their original saleable condition. Please note that swimwear, underwear, sale items, jewellery & hair accessories are non-refundable or exchangeable, due to health & hygiene. 

Shoes should be tried-on on a carpeted surface, as any signs of wear to the sole may deem them to be unsalable.

Please note that we will not refund or exchange items unless:

  • All original labels and tags are still attached
  • Items have not been worn or damaged
  • Items have no makeup, fake tan or other marks on them
  • Must be posted back within 14 days from receipt of parcel to you
  • Sale items are non returnable

When will I receive my return?

If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue your refund within 5 working days of receipt of the return. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment whether it be PayPal or credit/debit card.

We do not refund any shipping or postal costs.
